To apply for a Cardroom Permit, the business owner will be required apply for an annual Livermore Police Department (LPD) permit. Employees at Cardrooms must apply for an annual work permit. 

1. Download and complete the following document:

Cardroom Permit Application
Complete all requirements set forth in application before submission to LPD. If applying as an employee for a work permit, please only fill in and sign page 1 of the application.

2. Bring completed application and all required documents to the Police Department (open 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, except for City Holidays).

3. Pay the fee associated with your permit. Fee information can be found here, by scrolling to "Permit Fees."
